Who is Robert Phillips?
I started this site when I purchased www.robertphillips.ca back in 2002. At first it was an easy way to share files with other students at my university, since I took notes on my laptop and they all wanted to get copies when they were ’sick’. One day when I was bored in class I decided to put together a site with posts that I thought were funny, interesting, or somewhat intelligent. This was before blogging was the new thing, or at least I didn’t know about blogging at that point. Oh how quickly times change…..
Since then I have completed by degree (Bachelor of Business Administration), I’ve been to France on exchange, I’ve held 2 co-op jobs with major canadian organizations, and I’ve had (according to the statistics program that comes with the webserver) over 90000 hits. Now I’m sure most of those are spammers, but I like to think that I’ve added in a small way to the so called interweb.
